Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, schedule your Menu Tasting and Planning Meeting where you'll fill up with a delicious meal, try tasty wines, and plan your big day from start to finish! From detailed timelines, floor plans, menus, and booking vendors, our OBYC Event Team has you covered! Hate the idea of googling a million items and asking a bunch of people for the best vendors? No need to worry, we will connect you with the best vendors who fit your style and budget making it super easy on your planning! Not only do we help plan your big day, we confirm all details for your big day with all of your vendors, coordinate and lead your rehearsal, set up your event day, facilitate the flow of the day, and break down everything so that you, your family, friends, and associates are able to enjoy the entire day not having to worry about a thing!
